HOW TO USE
Simply fold the cup and insert (think a C shape). Your vaginal muscles hold it firmly in place and the cup collects your flow. After 12 hours have passed, just remove, empty, rinse and reinsert. A detailed guide for use is included with every purchase.
SIZES
All bodies are different, so &Sisters have developed 3 sizes to fit everyone from teens to mothers who have given birth vaginally. The chart and information below will guide you in deciding what size you'll need:
The sizes are:
- Small/Teen - 38mm in diameter, 56mm in total length and 18ml in capacity. This size is ideal for those who are under 18 or in their early 20s with strong pelvic floor muscles.
- Medium - 42mm in diameter, 61mm in total length and 24ml in capacity. This size is ideal for those ages 18-30 who have not given birth vaginally
- Large - 46mm in diameter, 66mm in total length and 32ml in capacity. This size is ideal if you have given birth vaginally, or aged 30 and over.
