Your Order

What payment methods can I use for my order?

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Google Pay. 

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders within one working day. Please refer to our Delivery page for further information. 

I entered the wrong address, what can I do?

Please email us as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address - once the order has been dispatched we are unable to change the destination. 

My order contains the wrong items?

If your order doesn't look right, please email hello@persephone-beauty.com and we'll sort it out right away for you. 

Do you have any discount codes?

We regularly have discount codes available - first time users can get 10% off right away by signing up to our newsletter. Keep an eye on Instagram as we'll always announce new codes there. 

My discount code isn't working?

Please double-check you have entered the code right - if it's still not working, please contact us via email or Instagram and we will help you sort it. Please note that only one code is valid per order.

Can I return my order?

Please contact us within 30 days if you wish to return an unopened, unused product that is available for resale. For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund opened products, so please drop us a note if you are unsure about a certain formulation before ordering.

I need more information about a certain product

We try our best to include as much information as possible on every product page but please do get in touch if you require more information and we'll be on the case!

Are the products you sell cruelty-free?

Yes, all the products we sell are cruelty-free and we're proud of that.

Are the products you sell vegan?

The full ingredients list on each product should contain the information you need, and we mark vegan products as such. 

Which ingredients should I avoid in products?

We don't believe in scare-mongering our customers about certain ingredients - natural beauty is for all, not for those scared into it! You can see more about some of the ingredients we avoid in our Ethos

How do I know a product is allergy-safe?

We list every product ingredient (please note that manufacturers can change formulations but we do our upmost to ensure the information on our site is up to date) on the product pages, so please do check there to see if any known allergens are present. If you have experienced an allergic reaction please do not use the product and consult your doctor.
