What payment methods can I use for my order?

We accept a wide variety of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay

We also an interest-free 30-day flexible payment option provided by Klarna. You can learn more about this on our dedicated Klarna page.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders within one working day. Please refer to our Shipping page for further information.

We also ship to international destinations. Please view the shipping page for costs and timescales for these.

I entered the wrong address, what can I do?

Please email us as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address - once the order has been dispatched we are unable to change the destination.

My order contains the wrong items?

If your order doesn't look right, please email and we'll sort it out right away for you.

Do you have any discount codes?

Yes! We regularly have discount codes available - first time customers can get 10% off their purchase right away by signing up to our newsletter.

Follow us on Instagram, as we always announce new codes there.

My discount code isn't working?

Please double-check you have entered the code correctly. If it's still not working, please contact us via email or Instagram and we will help you sort it.

Please note that only one code is valid per order.

We also cannot retrospectively apply discounts after you have placed an order with us

Can I return my order?

Please contact us within 30 days if you wish to return an unopened, unused product that is available for resale.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund opened products.

If you are unsure about a certain formulation or would like more advice on a product before you order, please chat to us via the site, email us, or contact us via Instagram where we'll be happy to provide further support and advice.

We try our best to include as much information as possible on every product page but please do get in touch if you require more information and we'll be on the case!

Are the products you sell cruelty-free?

Yes! All of the products we sell are cruelty-free and we're incredibly proud of that!

We have a dedicated Vegan section of our site where you can find all the Vegan products we stock

The full ingredients list on each product should also contain the information you need if you want to know more, but do get in touch with us if you have any other questions regarding specific products

Which ingredients should I avoid in products?

We don't believe in scare-mongering our customers about certain ingredients - natural beauty is for all, not for those scared into it!

How do I know a product is allergy-safe?

We list every product ingredient (please note that manufacturers can change formulations but we do our utmost to ensure the information on our site is up to date) on the product pages, so please do check there to see if any known allergens are present.

If you have experienced an allergic reaction please do not use the product and consult your doctor.
